  The poor rating is for their service department. I took my leaf blower in for a tuneup. It was returned running very poorly. When I first dropped it off for a tuneup, it was running a little rough, but not like it was when I picked it up. In addition, there's a delay in throttle speed when pulling the trigger. I took it back, and they said it needed a new carburetor. Huh? Why didn't they find this problem the first time? They ordered it on a Monday, and said the blower would be ready on Friday. I stopped on Saturday, and they said the part was on back order. It would have been nice to get a phone call letting me know of the delay. I simply took by leaf blower to a different service store.

  This is my go to for quick grab stuff and equipment repairs. Gail in the service department is in one word: Amazing. He keeps me coming back. If he ever leaves, I may need to find a new repair shop. They are always fair with pricing, the repair is done correct and the owners are friendly and knowledgable. Some of the young staff can be high on themselves and other staff can use some training on up-selling, but i generally know what I want and can get in and out with no issues.
